What is your return and exchange policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

How do I request a return or exchange?

  • order number.
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  • Reason for your request.

Our customer service team will respond with the instructions and return address.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What if I received a defective item or the wrong order?

We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund — your satisfaction is our priority.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
