Als je niet volledig tevreden bent met je aankoop, heb je 30 dagen vanaf de leveringsdatum om een retour of omruiling aan te vragen.
Artikelen moeten ongedragen, ongewassen en in originele staat zijn, met alle labels nog bevestigd.

Our customer service team will respond with the instructions and return address.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund — your satisfaction is our priority.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping fees.
