Returns & Exchanges Policy – ElyGlam

1. General Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request.

  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • The reason for your request

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and send you the instructions for your return or exchange, including the return address.

  3. Carefully pack the item you are returning, including your invoice or a document showing your order number.

  4. Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or our error.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
